Welcome to the Rysium community! These Terms of Use describe how to use our application. Please read them carefully. By registering and using Rysium, you agree to these terms.

1. Community Goal Our application was created to help migrants in Europe connect, share experiences, and find support. We strive to create a safe, helpful, and comfortable environment for everyone building a new life.

2. Respect and Safety

Be polite. Treat other members with respect. Insults, threats, and personal attacks are prohibited.
Prohibition of Discrimination. Any manifestations of hatred, discrimination, or aggression based on national, religious, gender, or other characteristics are unacceptable.
Content Rules. Post only useful and interesting information. Spam, advertising, fraudulent schemes, 18+ content, and any illegal material are prohibited.

3. Your Obligations By using Rysium, you agree to:

Provide accurate information. You must provide your real first and last name upon registration. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
Follow the rules. Do not violate these rules or help others to violate them.
Do not interfere with the app's operation. It is forbidden to interfere with the service's operation or use it for illegal purposes.

4. Rights to Your Content You remain the full owner of all content (photos, texts, videos) that you post. To allow us to show your content to other users, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it within our service.

5. Moderation and Violations The Rysium administration reserves the right to remove content and block users who violate these rules. We use a user complaint system and our own tools to ensure safety.

6. Age Restriction The application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

7. Zero Tolerance and Child Safety We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any content involving violence, discrimination, or that endangers child safety (CSAM) will be removed within 24 hours. Users can hide any unwanted content or block abusive users using the in-app reporting and blocking features.
